Marcus P.E. Adalay, Managing Director

Marcus is a Managing Director of Herculean Group. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Investment Banking at Distinct Capital Partners. He started his career as a Trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Toronto-Dominion Bank.

He has over a decade of investment banking and global markets experience. He has advised on public and private transactions for preeminent companies worldwide.

Marcus has completed his Graduate Research in Economics at Harvard University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at McMaster University. He was valedictorian at the Académie Catholique.

He is committed to community leadership, having served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board for the federally funded Immigrants Working Centre. He has been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Toronto, covering the topics of global markets and investment banking.

Marcus is fluent in English and French.
